Our Story

Southern Pours began in 2024, but its story started long before that. Ian Anderson, with a pre-med degree in hand, spent ten years as a traveling lab technician, moving from place to place, feeling something was missing. During those years, Ian attended countless weddings and parties and realized something important: no matter where he went, the heart of every event was the bar. It was where people gathered, stories were shared, and lasting memories were made.

As Ian entered his early thirties, it clicked. He could bring that same unforgettable experience to any event by creating his own mobile bar. Southern Pours was born from his desire to craft moments that people remember long after the last drink is served. Ian even introduced the "shot-ski" as a fun, interactive add-on to his packages—a nod to a party where he saw strangers become friends over shared laughter.
